[OmniOS-discuss] Creating KVMs

Attempted to spin my first KVM on OmniOS tonight and ran into a problem:

  # ls -l /dev/kvm
/dev/kvm: No such file or directory

  # uname -a
  SunOS troop 5.11 omnios-eae537b i86pc i386 i86pc

  # prtdiag | grep Intel
  Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 0 @ 2.00GHz CPU1
  Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 0 @ 2.00GHz CPU2

I'm using this same machine model (Fujitsu RX200 S7) with Joyent SDC, and KVM
is enabled there. I don't think I need to enable virtualization in the BIOS.

Is KVM not enabled on this release?

Cheers.
