I use linux-servers as a nodes for kvm virtualization
The KVM guests must use the network resources at the same address 
regardless of the node

Probably I misunderstood your idea
-  VNIC on an etherstub, the separate IP network and NAT forwarding ...
I think it would require more resources
It is a storage network, there need maximum performance
