[OmniOS-discuss] Update curl to 7.42 (SECURITY FIXES)

All supported versions (r151006, r151012, and r151014) have just had their "curl" updated to 7.42.0.  This update contains FOUR security fixes, per the official curl website:

This is a non-rebooting update, but you may need to restart libcurl-using services.
