Andy, We are also facing same issue in Dell R730xd with OmniOS latest stable. We tried with LSI drivers version 6-607-02-00 and 6-605-01-00. But no luck. We have enabled HBA mode is raid controller. Lot ioerrors are reporting in iostat. Need some help. Regards, Prasad
