[OmniOS-discuss] Wiki is slightly broken

FYI, the OmniOS wiki is not officially https-enabled. There is https
on the host where the site resides, but the wiki itself isn't
configured to generate the proper links. The missing CSS is likely a
side-effect of Chrome refusing to load non-https content.

If you are using a plugin like HTTPS Everywhere, you'll need to set an
exception for http://omnios.omniti.com
