[OmniOS-discuss] OmniOS lockups

Hi all,

For personal storage i’m using omnios with napp-it.

It’s running on top of a cheap mobo.

But every now and then it just locks up (1 to 3 weeks) and does not respond to reboot commands.


I tried another mobo with the same specs but it also locks up.

Specs are:
AM1M-A   /  AM1M-S2H
Kabini 5350 cpu
16GB ecc mem
Booting from onboard; ssd
16 port lsi 9201-16i with version 19 of IT-firmware.
FC-card qlogic

Already turned off all the power saving options from Bios, changed the FC-card.


Someone could tell me where/how to investigate?
