I noticed you don't have "-n" on your first batch of output.  Probably a nit, though.

What version(s) of NTP are you running?  020 ships 4.2.8p9 (all OmniOS supported releases use this version, BTW) with some patches shown here:

Are S10 and OI running the same version?  With or without patches?
