Thanks for all of that useful data.

After Surge next week, I need to begin the forking and coalescing of r151016.  This openssh &  sunssh issue is going to be one of the nastier problems.  I want "pkg update" to work smoothly.  I want fresh installs to have the right thing happen (for SOME value of "right thing"), and that means both ISO and Kayak.  I've not done any recent fresh-off-the-media tests, which I'll start doing post-Surge.

Appreciate opinions here.  And as I mention, Joyent is working on better openssh that includes most/all of the SunSSH improvements.  From what I can tell, it's going to mean that the omnios-build/build/openssh/patches directory will be getting a lot more entries.
