Indeed, from the latest zoneinfo code at iana.org:

CA      +5125-05707     America/Blanc-Sablon    Atlantic Standard Time - 
Quebec - Lower North Shore
CA      +4339-07923     America/Toronto Eastern Time - Ontario & Quebec 
- most locations
CA      +4901-08816     America/Nipigon Eastern Time - Ontario & Quebec 
- places that did not observe DST 1967-1973

The latest Illumos sources (and also illumos-omnios) seems to have the 
same in usr/src/cmd/zic/zone.tab(.txt).

Does the installer use a different source file, or is the version of 
this file in omnios r151012 somehow older?
